Terms of Sale
1. What you are buying
Each product is a digital PDF file of printable worksheets. Nothing is shipped physically. After payment is confirmed, a download link is emailed to the address you provided.
2. Price and payment
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and payable once per order. Payment is collected by our payment gateway through FPX or DuitNow QR. The amount charged is the amount shown at checkout; any gateway fee is disclosed before you confirm. We do not store card or banking credentials.
3. Delivery
Delivery is normally immediate. If the email does not arrive within 30 minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us with your order reference. We will resend or supply the file another way.
4. Licence and restrictions
- You may print the file as often as you like for children in your own household.
- Teachers and taska operators may print for their own class; contact us for a class licence.
- You may not resell, redistribute, upload to a public site, or include the files in another paid product.
- All content remains the copyright of TinyTots Digital.
5. Refunds
Because the file is delivered instantly, sales are final once the download link has been issued. We will replace the file or refund in full if: the file cannot be downloaded, the file is corrupted or unreadable, the wrong product was delivered, or you were charged twice for the same order. Raise the issue within 14 days of purchase with your order reference.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break into, overload or abuse this website, the order system or our social accounts. We may cancel an order and refuse further service where we find fraud, chargeback abuse or redistribution.
7. Content and liability
Worksheets are educational material for home practice. They are not a substitute for professional teaching or therapeutic advice. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. Nothing here excludes rights you have under Malaysian consumer law.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
